                   Today most of the people use pendrives or USB's for the sharing of their official and personal content files.So its very important to get safe of leaking  your content files from your USB.We need to protect our USB's of leaking our files incase we lose it.The best way to protect our USB is encrypting it with password.A strong password can save your USB from others trying to access it.

                  To encrypt your USB with a password you don't need any extra software.We can use windows bit locker facility.So lets see how to use it.

How to encrypt your USB using BitLocker:-

  • First of all connect your USB to your pc.
  • Then right click on it and select 'Turn BitLocker On'.
  • A window appear and you need to type your strong password there.
  • Then wait for some time till it encrypt.
  • After completing the encrypting process eject your USB and reinput it and you can see it is asking for a password to unlock
